Doing & Being

We were so happy to see the sun for more then 10 minutes today.
After breakfast we grabbed he stroller, Nakiah grabbed her bike and we headed for the corner store.
It was a beautiful day for a walk, sunny, a few clouds, warm with a gentle breeze.

We ate grapes as we walked and talked.
Ava snuggled with her baby in the stroller. Nakiah was interested in others we saw riding bikes just like she was. She wanted to know where they were all going.

Nakiah found a pine cone that had an interesting shape to it. The girls came away with stickers, tattoos, cheetohs and flipitty flops.
We had a sweet surprise waiting for us at home.
The girls were very excited to see their neighbor friends. They ran all over the house playing together and then headed to the backyard.

They played in the mud and made pasta. They used mud for sauce and grass for noodles.

After a bath we head out front to play with sidewalk chalk.

After that we were invited over for toys and Wii.
While the mommies and daddies played bowling(I won) golf and boxing, the kids played with cars, dinosaurs and swords. They were pirates, race car drivers, and ninja’s
Ava took to one toy that played wheels on the bus-one of her favorite songs.

It was a good Sunday. I hope yours was nice too.
I have some pictures, but photobucket is acting up tonight. So stay tuned for cuteness ๐Ÿ™‚
